You should receive at least an acknowledgment with a status report within 24 hours. Depending on the nature and complexity of the matter we might be able to provide an immediate solution.

We will inform you of the outcome.

If you have a complaint is about the service rendered by one of our representatives specifically, ask for the manager in charge of that department.

The manager in charge together with the compliance officer will ensure a prompt and objective evaluation of the complaint and decides upon the actions to be taken.  If applicable you will be requested to submit additional information and/or to elaborate upon your complaint either personally, by telephone or in writing.

The outcome

We will inform you in writing of the outcome of our investigation. However, from time to time, it may be necessary to carry out further investigation to ensure we fully resolve your complaint. If this occurs, we will keep you updated on the progress of your complaint.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint six (6) weeks of receipt, or if you are not satisfied with our final response, you can contact the Consumer Foundation for an independent  review of the complaint.
