How to report a vehicle trouble?
Before calling roadside assistance, identify your location (name of the road, street and/or recognizable items/ objects). Call the 24-7 emergency center at 9247.
The 24-7 emergency center will ask for necessary details e.g. your mobile phone number, location, nature of the problem, car make, model, color, vehicle registration and your name. They’ll tell you approximately how long it will take for the nearest service car to get to you.
What to do in case of an accident
Roadside assistance is a separate service from the procedure you should follow in case of an accident. If you are involved in an accident, always contact Forensys (CRS) so they can document and process the accident.
