How to submit your health insurance claim

You can submit your health insurance claims in one of the following ways:

• Upload your declaration in the MiSalu app, or
• Email your declaration to: health-helpdesk@myguardiangroup.com

In case of an accident

If you’ve been involved in an accident, Guardian Group is here to help.

Please take the following initial steps:

1. Contact the relevant emergency services if needed (fire brigade, ambulance, police)
2. Take photos of the situation if possible
3. Report the accident to Guardian Group or your broker as soon as possible
4. Visit one of our offices to complete a claim form
