Once the application form is fully completed and signed, scan it and email it to Info@myguardiangroup.com.

A Guardian Group adviser will contact you as soon as possible to assist you further.

In case of death

If the insured has passed away, a surviving dependent should contact their insurance broker or Guardian Group as soon as possible, so we can provide guidance and support during this time.
